Core Exercise Categories in Back Rx®

The program is structured into three progressive phases, each requiring just 15–20 minutes a day. Every pose is paired with a recommended number of slow, controlled breaths allowing flexibility for individual breathing rhythms.

The Back Rx app decreased pain and increased function in patients with discogenic axial CLBP compared to their baseline status.
